There is one AU server, but it has bots on it. Not sure if you can change to a mode that removes them... the server gets 1-2 people on it most days, but not much.
US guys still pug T1 regularly though so if you're after a competitive match you'd be better looking at hooking up with them, however you'd then need to deal with the ping.
