Looking good rae. The left one looks angrier and the right one looks older. Both are fine...as was your upgraded version. Nice work.

As for the people who think of it as a cat... I like the shading on the horns, the pointy eye brows and extra frowny frown from the left one and the wrinkles/face shading from the right one.

I hope your ok with criticism. Highly appreciate your efforts and I think a change is a good idea. But I'm not sure I like this variation. It looks a bit.. teenage angsty? Is it possible to give it more of a serious lean? If that makes sense.
