just go to the folder marked client. Install the executable and then the files can be downloaded and played.

t2tv was an early version of twitch. someone wrote a mod that would would break up their live demo recording and shoutcast into into small .rec and .mp3 files and upload them. with the client you'd connect to his stream and it stitches the .rec and .mp3 files together for near live playback.

i only have a handful, they're a bit of a pain to capture because you have to reduce the ingame audio a few times until the shoutcast audio is audible.
