New rules for comp

tanz has held a tribal council meeting to discuss the rules and this is what they come up with.

I don't mind the inf class limit but the rest is abit silly I feel.

I find it funny how half the people on the tribal council still can't play most positions in tribe, and they're putting there input into new rules? xooey no likey

Not everyone agreed on every single little thing in the meeting and it was obvious things were going to put a few noises out of joint, hence the forced review period. Hold tight, lets make our cases and get shit moving in the right direction.

class limiting infils was more important a few months back during the sonic punch era

i cant understand not limiting dooms to 1 though, jugg limit is excessive as is tech limit

is there still rage sniping? if there is then limiting the jugg from safety third is ridiculous

tbh the whole rule set is pretty bad with the odd step in the right direction...is fails to address sent and mine dominance while somewhat nerfing offence with soldier flag drag and jugg limits

these rules will strengthen defence further and make the 1-2 soldier cappers more likely to die to deployed mines than anything else

Everything was discussed with freedom physics in mind. PTH capper going 500, so they're visible for a lot less, etc


If it doesn't pan out it'll be changed until we get it right

I'm not sure why Zoey is in love with me this month, but safe to say it's been pointed out that all items were discussed between 15 odd players, all representing their team as well as the three admins voicing their opinion.
My suggestion was made, discussed and decided to be worth trying.
