System Shock remaster

With system shock 3 in the works I was just checking on what was going on when I stumbled upon a remaster being done for SS1
Having played the game through multiple times the locations shown in this pre-alpha were instantly recognisable (probably mainly because they're from the very beginning of the game) but it's looking pretty nice! The mutants could do with some work, but I'll def be giving this a go!

Coool -- never did get into SS1 as it was just that little bit older, before things like mouselook, makes it harder to get immersed when you're going back to it. So this is perfect.

Incidentally SS2 is currently FREE on gog.com (offer ends in 26 hours)

Same! I got bored a coupla years back and decided i wanted to rewind and play all the awesome games like Deus Ex, System Shock 2. Tried to get SS1 to work - but it played in such a low res that everything was a blob onscreen.

Thats awesome! might have to re-install.
