Format:
- cappers have two attempts each
- cappers have 90 seconds to grab, stopping mid-route will disqualify a run
- back caps are allowed
- no explosive impulse during qualifying round, they are allowed for the final
- stopwatch starts on grab
- stopwatch ends on cap
- top three times in the qualifying round progress to a final
- order of play for the qualifying round will be randomly drawn before each run
- order of play for the final will be 3rd, 2nd, 1st
