Don't get me wrong, I'm all for a PUG.
It's all very well saying "hop to it" but ultimately it comes down to you guys showing up and providing numbers for it.
If you don't want to have it on Tuesdays, then by all means start playing on Sundays aswell... you don't need my permission and I'll certainly be around. After that happens regularly I'll rethink things. But I'm not going to change this arrangement without just cause. For the timebeing the regular time slot will be Tuesdays.
From what I can see liin and myself (plus possibly other smurfs) turn up for the T1 PUG. You want to have a T2 PUG on the same night? Sure, but start making a case for it by actually being on the T2 server...

Yeah, theres no point having a pug unless you can guarentee having at least 7 v 7 for an hour and a half minimum. And as far as I can tell from these threads, you can't - at least not for ctf at the moment.
